The Canton Caen-3 is a French administrative unit in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It covers a part of the city of Caen and another municipality in the Arrondissement of Caen and has its bureau centralisateur in Caen. As part of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was expanded in spring 2015.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, only part of the urban area of Caen belonged to the canton of Caen-3. Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 1439.
