It comprised 17 parishes in the Arrondissement of Lisieux ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Lisieux . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Bernard Aubril was the representative in the General Council of the Department from 1992 to 2015.
