Ouilly-le-Vicomte is a French municipality with 810 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) of the department of Calvados in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). Administratively it is assigned to the canton of Pont-l'Évêque (until 2015 Lisieux-1 ) and the Arrondissement of Lisieux . The inhabitants are called Vicomtois .

Ouilly-le-Vicomte is located about 55 kilometers east of Caen and about five kilometers north of the city center of Lisieux in the Pays d'Auge region on the Touques . Ouilly-le-Vicomte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Coquainvilliers in the north and north-west, Norolles in the north and north-east, Rocques in the east, Lisieux in the south, Saint-Désir in the south and west and Manerbe in the west and north-west.
