The Touques is a river in France that runs in the Normandy region . It rises in the Perche landscape , in the commune of Champ-Haut , generally drains north, crosses the Pays d'Auge and flows into the English Channel after 108 kilometers between Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer . On her way she touches the Orne and Calvados departments .

history

The river is significant in history because the English King Henry V landed near its mouth on August 1, 1417.
