Le Mesnil-Guillaume is located about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Caen and about nine kilometers southeast of the city center of Lisieux in the Pays d'Auge landscape . Le Mesnil-Guillaume is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Glos in the north and west, Courtonne-la-Meurdrac in the east and northeast, Saint-Denis-de-Mailloc in the east and south-east, Saint-Martin-de-Mailloc in the south and Saint-Jean -de-Livet in the southwest.
