Le Mesnil-Guillaume is a French municipality with 605 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) of the department of Calvados in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). Administratively, it is assigned to the Canton of Lisieux (until 2015 Lisieux-1 ) and the Arrondissement of Lisieux . The inhabitants are called Guillaumois .

Le Mesnil-Guillaume is located about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Caen and about nine kilometers southeast of the city center of Lisieux in the Pays d'Auge landscape . Le Mesnil-Guillaume is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Glos in the north and west, Courtonne-la-Meurdrac in the east and northeast, Saint-Denis-de-Mailloc in the east and south-east, Saint-Martin-de-Mailloc in the south and Saint-Jean -de-Livet in the southwest.
