Gonneville-sur-Honfleur is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Honfleur and La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur in the north, Ablon in the east and north-east, Genneville in the south-east, Fourneville in the south, Saint-Gatien-des-Bois in the west and south-west and Équemauville in the west .
