Julius August Lauterbach
Julius August Lauterbach (* around 1800 in Liegnitz ; † 1858 ) was a German administrative officer and parliamentarian.
Life
Julius August Lauterbach studied law at the University of Leipzig, among others . In 1822 he became a member of the Corps Lusatia Leipzig . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1841 to 1846 he was district administrator of the Strasburg district in West Prussia and from 1846 to 1848 the chief of police in Königsberg (Prussia) . From 1851 to 1852 provisional district administrator of the Lyck district , he was appointed district administrator of the Lyck district in 1852 . He held the office until his death in 1858.
From 1855 to 1858 Lauterbach sat as a member of the Gumbinnen 1 constituency in the Prussian House of Representatives . He did not belong to any political group.
