Julius Beinortas
Julius Beinortas (born February 11, 1943 in Kačiuškiai , Radviliškis district ; † February 13, 2019 ) was a Lithuanian politician and engineer .
Life
After graduation in 1959 at the middle school Grinkiškis he graduated on 1965 Kauno politechnikos institutas and became an engineer and technologist. In 1968 he studied in Friazin ( Russia ) at the Ministry of Electronics Industry . From 1990 to 1992, 1996–2000 and 1992–1996 he was a member of the Seimas . From 2000 to 2002 he worked at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Lithuania . From 2003 he was a member of the Panevėžys City Council .
