Julius Dub

Christoph Julius Dub (born August 16, 1817 in Berlin ; † July 17, 1873 ) was a German physicist and teacher at the Gray Monastery high school .

Dub started his professional career in 1848 at the monastery high school as a scientific assistant teacher, eventually rose there and got a proper teaching position. In 1862 he received the title of professor. He studied electromagnetism and the teachings of Darwin .
