Julius Hoflehner (born October 20, 1988 in Kirchdorf ) is a former Austrian handball player .

Career

Julius Hoflehner started playing handball in 1996 when he was 8 years old at HC Eferding, where he was only active until he moved to SG Linz / Neue Heimat in 1998 . In his youth, Julius Hoflehner was national champion three times with HC Linz AG, once with the under 19 team (2006) and twice with the under 21 team (2005 and 2009). From 2006, the 1.84 meter tall backcourt player was also called up to the HLA squad. At the beginning of the 2009/2010 season, Julius Hoflehner then moved to ULZ Schwaz, with whom he also won the ÖHB Cup in 2011 .

At the beginning of the 2013/14 season, Julius Hoflehner moved back to his home club HC Linz AG in Linz , Upper Austria . In 2017, the Linz native ended his handball career.
