Julius Lellbach

Julius Lellbach (born May 4, 1873 in Strasbourg , † after 1935 ) was a German judge .

Life

He studied law a. a. in Munich. The Alsace-Lorraine native was sworn in in 1894. In 1899/1900 he joined the Hanseatic naval judicial service as a judge-martial. In 1903 he became a judge again. He was appointed senior judge in 1916. In 1925 he came to the Reichsgericht . He was a judge in the 2nd Civil Senate , IV Criminal Senate and the IV Civil Senate . He was involved in the collegial decisions of the Reichsgericht to challenge the "racial mixed marriage" of July 12, 1934. After 1935 he is no longer included in the cast lists of the Reichsgericht after Kaul .
