Julius Schaper

Julius Ludwig Johannes Schaper (born July 2, 1829 in Elbing ; † May 14, 1893 ) was a German judge .

Life

The Prussian was sworn in on Christmas Eve 1850. In 1858 he became a public prosecutor's assistant (in Tilsit, among others ) and in 1861 a public prosecutor. In 1863/64 it was in Lyck and in 1866 in Insterburg . In 1866 he became district court director. January 1869 moved from the district court in Heidekrug to the higher court . In 1879 he was appointed president of the district court in Liegnitz . In May 1882 he entered the imperial court. He was active in the second criminal senate. In 1893 he died in office.
