Julius Schumm

Julius Schumm (born November 6, 1899 in Philippsburg , † July 31, 1986 in Stuttgart ) was a German police officer and local politician.

Career

From 1920 onwards, Schumm was secretary of the regional association of Catholic workers 'and workers' associations. In 1923 he joined the police and from 1945 was head of the presidential department of the Stuttgart police. From August 1, 1948 to September 30, 1962 he was an alderman for the city of Stuttgart for the social and health department.
