Jun Kokubo ( Japanese 小 久保 純 , Kokubo Jun ; born September 8, 1980 in Gunma Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Kokubo learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Ikuei High School and the university team at Tokai University . He signed his first contract in 1999 with the Montedio Yamagata . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed 88 games. In 2004 he moved to the third division Thespa Kusatsu . At the end of the 2004 season, the club rose to the J2 League. For the club he completed 43 games. He then played with the Tonan Maebashi (2006-2008). At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
