Jung Yang-mi (born November 13, 1983 ) is a former South Korean biathlete .

Jung Yang-mi competed in her first international race in Windischgarsten in 2002 as part of the Junior Biathlon European Cup . The 2003 Winter Asian Games in Aomori became a career highlight . Jung finished 15th in the sprint, 14th in the pursuit race and fourth in the relay. Further international assignments followed in 2004 in Obertilliach at the European Cup races. In an individual and in two sprints, she finished between 32 and 34.
