Juozas Ašembergas
Juozas Ašembergas (born September 13, 1936 in Vainežeris , Rajongemeinde Lazdijai ) is a Lithuanian diplomat and politician , Vice Minister .
Life
After graduating from the Veisiejai Middle School near Lazdijai , Ašembergas completed a diploma course. From April 18, 1990, he was the first deputy minister for material resources in the Prunskienė cabinet . From May 9, 1991 to February 24, 1992 he was Deputy Minister for Material Resources in the Vagnorius I cabinet . From 1995 to 1997 he was the Lithuanian ambassador to Kazakhstan .
