Jurijus Bluvšteinas

Jurijus Bluvšteinas ( Russian Юрий Давыдович Блувштейн Juri Dawydowitsch Bluwschteinas ; born June 21, 1929 in Zhytomyr , Ukrainian SSR ; † April 15, 1995 in Vilnius , Lithuania ) was a Lithuanian - Soviet criminologist and professor of the Lithuanian - Soviet criminologist .

Life

In 1952, Juri Bluvštein completed a law degree at the University of Kiev and received his doctorate in law in 1976.

From 1952 to 1960 he worked in the Execution Committee of the City of Vilnius and from 1960 in the Ministry of Interior of the Lithuanian Soviet Republic . From 1979 to 1981 he taught at the University of the Interior Ministry of the USSR in Minsk (until 1981 in the department of distance learning), from 1981 to 1990 he was head of a professorship. In 1981 he was awarded the title of professor. Since 1990 he has taught criminology and forensics at the Lithuanian Police Academy.

Jurijus Bluvšteinas is the author or co-author of 9 monographs and 11 textbooks.
