Justice crew
The Justice Crew is an Australian pop music group from Sydney .
Band history
The group was formed in 2009 from two different groups. The following year they took part in the fourth season of Australia's Got Talent , the Australian version of Britain's Got Talent , and won this talent show and a cash prize of $ 250,000. They then signed a record deal with Sony Music Australia .
Her debut single And Then We Dance (2010) reached 26th place on the Australian ARIA charts and went platinum for 70,000 copies sold . On the best list of 2010, the single landed in 42nd place. Her next singles Friday to Sunday and Dance with Me also had similar success. With their fifth single, Boom Boom (2012), they reached number one in the charts, and the single went six times platinum. It was also released in New Zealand and a year later in Germany, where it hit the charts.
With Best Night and Everybody , two more top ten singles followed and in 2014, Que sera was the second number one hit for the crew. The song stayed at the top for nine weeks, setting a new record of number one weeks for an Australian performer on the ARIA charts. Only in the pre-ARIA period had the band Daddy Cool already managed to last ten weeks. The single was awarded 4 times platinum.
Justice Crew originally consisted of nine members. Former members are: Omar Kamara, Anastasios Tass Repousis and Emmanuel Rodriguez. The music group now consists of six band members: Solo Tohi, Samson Smith, Paul Eric Merciadez, Lenny Pearce, John Pearce and Lukas Bellsini. Solo Tohi and Samson Smith have New Zealand roots.
