Justin Kauflin

Justin Kauflin (born March 10, 1986 in Silver Spring , Maryland ) is an American  jazz pianist .

Live and act

Kauflin lives with his family in Virginia Beach , Virginia . Already in his childhood he developed a great interest in classical music and played the violin and piano at smaller events. At the age of 11 he lost his eyesight due to an illness. Kauflin attended the Governor's School for the Arts in Norfolk , Virginia and then William Paterson University , where he met Clark Terry . The close relationship between Terry and Kauflin was filmed in the Netflix documentary Keep On Keepin 'On. From 2013 to 2014 Kauflin took part in Quincy Jones ' world tour .
