Cheese biscuits are baked goods made from puff pastry , shortcrust pastry , charcuterie or yeast dough to which spicy cheese is added to the dough , as a filling or as a topping. They are offered in the form of sticks, pretzels , rolls or cookies ( crackers ).

Cheese pastry is called Biscuits example, cheese sticks , cheese , cookies , cheese waffles to beer and wine served. Pretzels is offered mainly in stick, fresh bread or pretzel shape and is suitable for many occasions such as a breakfast pastry, party pastry or snack . They are usually, like cheese baguette and cheese bun , au gratin (scalloped) offered.
