Käthe Mey
Käthe Mey (born January 19, 1907 in Berlin , † 1987 in Würselen ) was a German - British - Swiss film editor .
Career
Born in Germany, Käthe Mey became a British citizen by marriage and was an editor at Tobis .
Lazar Wechsler brought her to Zurich for his planned feature films . Since there was a general work ban for foreigners in Switzerland during the war, Käthe Mey had to hand over her position to Hermann Haller in 1942 .
After the war she worked in England and Canada and received Swiss citizenship in 1962.
