Käthe Zillbach

Käthe Zillbach (born January 24, 1952 in Cologne , † January 11, 2005 in Berlin ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Käthe Zillbach was a master class student at the Berlin University of the Arts from 1970 to 1977 and then studied geography at the Free University of Berlin . She completed her studies with a diploma, then worked as a research assistant at the university and received her doctorate there in 1984. After leaving parliament, she worked for the Berlin-Brandenburg transport association.

Zillbach was citizens' deputy from 1985 to 1989 . She was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives for the SPD from 1989 to 1999. From 1991 she was the transport policy spokeswoman for the SPD parliamentary group.
