The Köthener Straße 3 building is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of Köthener Strasse in the Buckau district of Magdeburg .
Architecture and history
The three-and-a-half-storey building was built in 1891 by the master carpenter Rudolf Reinhardt on behalf of the leather merchant Fr. Bock. The representative facade has eight axes in the neo-renaissance style. On the ground floor of the brick-built house there is diamond rustica . On the first floor, the window openings of the two outermost axes on the left and right are crowned with a triangular gable.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 15967 .
The building is the last remaining building of an original complete street row from the Wilhelminian era and is an example of a typical apartment building from the construction period.
