Kęstutis Masiulis (born March 23, 1957 in Kelmė ) is a Lithuanian politician and university professor.

Life

After graduating from the Kelmė Middle School in 1975, he graduated from the Vilnius University with a degree in physics with distinction in 1980 ; In 1989 he received his doctorate in philosophy on the subject of "Fizikos ir matematikos mokslų filosofinės problemos Lietuvoje 1920–1940 m."

From 1997 to 2000 he taught philosophy and social policy at Vilnius University. From 2000 to 2003 he was dean of a faculty of the Law Academy of Lithuania , from 2003 to 2005 he was Deputy Mayor of Vilnius, Artūras Zuokas , in 2004 and from 2008 to 2012 a member of the Seima . Since 2005 he has been a professor at the Mykolas Romer University .
