KDA ( cancer through work ) is a German industrial rock / crossover band.

Band history

In 1992, Norri Drescher founded Dies Irae , and in 1994 it was renamed KDA, inspired by a newspaper article in Spiegel magazine with the headline “Cancer through work, the hidden danger”. From 1992 to 1994 Drescher worked on the debut album Jesusatan , which was only released in 1997. In October 1998 the release of the second album gift followed , at the same time a video for the track Polytoxicomaniac was produced.

In autumn 2000 Norri joined Corvus Corax and Tanzwut and found new comrades in Wim, Patrick and Hatz. After many concerts with constantly changing line-ups, the new line-up of KDA was found, to which Steve was added in 2006. Just like Dance or Die , where Norri was the drummer, KDA belongs to the Clan of Nihil .
