The steam locomotives Adonis to Ganymed were freight locomotives of the KFNB . They were delivered to KFNB by Günther in Wiener Neustadt in 1846 with the axle formula 2'A.

Although they were intensified replicas of the machines last supplied by the William Norris locomotive factory , they were actually a step backwards compared to the Koloss design and the Cockerill machines .

Between 1853 and 1865, the boilers were replaced on all machines. The table shows the final status.

The Jason locomotive exploded on July 27, 1848 between Hullein and Napajedl , the Adonis was retired in 1862, the rest of the machines in 1866, with Deucalion and Phaton being sold to the Neumann company in Vienna .
