KSV 1884 Mannheim

The Kraftsportvereinigung 1884 Mannheim is a sports club from Mannheim that practices boxing and weightlifting . The sports hall is located in the Mannheim-Oststadt district next to the Carl Benz Stadium .

The weightlifters were German team champions in 1972 and 1975 . In 1970 and 1971 third place was achieved. Well-known lifters were z. B. Norbert Bergmann , Albert Huser , Rudolf Kozlowski and Eduard Ohlinger .
