KT Rolster is an E-Sport - factory team of South Korean telecommunications company Korea Telecom .
history
The team was founded in December 1999 and, after several name changes, has been renamed KT Rolster since August 2009. It is one of the eight KeSPA - Proleague teams in StarCraft: Brood War or its successor StarCraft II . There the team won three titles as well as several other podium places.
Since October 2012, the team also had two teams in League of Legends ( "Arrows" and "Bullets" ). As a representative of South Korea, the Bullets won the Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games 2013 and the IEM Season VIII World Championship in Katowice. In OGN Champions , their best result was a runner-up in summer 2013. In summer 2014, the previously less successful KT Arrows surprisingly won the last OGN Champions tournament based on the old format. Since the spring season 2015, only one team per organization is allowed in the highest Korean league, so the separation into arrows and bullets has been abandoned.
