Lim "NesTea" Jae-duk (born December 12, 1982 ) is a professional South Korean e-athlete in the computer game StarCraft 2 . Lim Jae-duk is one of the 5 co-founders of the Incredible Miracle team , which was founded by five former Starcraft Broodwar players.

Career

In Starcraft: Broodwar , Lim Jae-duk was under the alias Zergbong a trainer for the KT Rolster team , which includes the famous Broodwar player Flash .

In StarCraft 2 , NesTea was able to make a name for itself shortly after the publication and qualify for the GSL Open Season 1. Lim Jae-duk was eliminated very quickly in Open Season 1. In the GSL Open Season 2, however, he was able to show an impressive run up to the finals and then win it, making Nestea the second GSL Code S Champion in StarCraft 2 .

Team Incredible Miracle (abbr .: IM) was able to convince together with NesTea also in the first GSTL (Global Starcraft II Team League) and in the final NesTea was able to secure the victory against Squirtle.

In the 2011 GSL Season 1 Code S, Lim Jae-duk was only defeated by his team member Mvp in the semifinals. However, NesTea was able to achieve its second title in the 2011 GSL Season 3 Code S. This made NesTea the first Zerg player with two GSL Code S titles.

Lim Jae-duk was able to return very strongly in the 2011 GSL Season 4 Code S and win the GSL twice in a row. NesTea's run in Season 4 was particularly impressive as he didn't lose a game. NesTea is one of the only people with Mvp to hold 3 GSL Code S titles. In the final on July 27, 2012, MC now has the opportunity to also achieve his third GSL Code S title.

NesTea's major international successes include second place at BlizzCon 2011 as well as third place in the IGN ProLeague Season 4 and the first Iron Squid tournament.

Lim Jae-duk aka NesTea is one of the players with the largest accumulated prize money in Starcraft 2. At the end of March 2014, he left Incredible Miracle.

Play style

NesTea is known for creating a minimum or correct number of defensive units in the early stages of the game in order to invest the remaining resources in its economy. With this superior economy, NesTea then tries to overrun its opponent.
