Kachumber
Kachumber is a salad used in Indian cuisine .
It consists of roughly chopped or chopped tomatoes , cucumber , red onions and spices such as salt, pepper, ground cumin , coriander leaves and finely chopped green chili peppers or, alternatively, chili powder . A little lemon juice is added and served immediately.
