Kadro ( German : "Kader") was a Turkish left-wing political theory magazine in the new Ottoman language , which appeared from 1932 to 1935 in Ankara . A total of 36 monthly editions were published, with the last being published in December 1934 as a double edition. The co-founders and most important authors included Şevket Süreyya Aydemir (1897–1976), Vedat Nedim Tör (1897–1985), İsmail Hüsrev Tökin (1902–1994), Burhan Asaf Belge (1899–1967) and Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu (1889–1974–1974 ). The aim of the authors was to spread the reforms of the President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk . They wanted to popularize the Kemalist ideology in simple terms in the country in an understandable way. In addition to the reforms, the most important topics covered were economic policy and political currents of the time ( capitalism , fascism and communism ).
