The Kagianagami Lake is a lake in Thunder Bay District in the western Canadian province of Ontario .
The Kagianagami Lake has a north-south longitudinal extension of 20 km and an area of about 80 km². The lake is in the area of the Canadian Shield at an altitude of about 290 m . It offers a large open water surface. The Opichuan River drains Kagianagami Lake north to the Albany River .
Kagianagami Lake is usually reached by seaplane. Fishing tourists catch eyeglasses and pike here .
