Kai Richter

Kai Richter (born December 2, 1969 in Munich ) is a German sculptor .

Life

Kai Richter was born in Munich in 1969 and studied sculpture with Joachim Bandau and Hubert Kiecol at the art academies in Münster and Düsseldorf . He lives and works in Düsseldorf. There he teaches at the university of applied sciences.

In 2000 he received the Cité Internationale des Arts Paris Scholarship in Paris and in 2015 the Daniel Henry Kahnweiler Prize .
