The so-called iron pagoda of Kaifeng ( Chinese  开封 铁塔 , Pinyin Kāifēng tiětǎ , English Iron Pagoda in Kaifeng ) or the iron pagoda of the Youguo Temple of Kaifeng ( 开封 祐 国寺 铁塔 , Kāifēng Yòuguó sì tiětǎ , English Youguo Temple Pagoda in Kaifeng ) Pagoda of the Youguo Temple ( 祐 国 寺塔 , Yòuguó sì tǎ , English Youguo Temple Pagoda ) or the glazed brick pagoda of the Kaibao Temple ( 开 宝 寺 琉璃 塔 , Kāibǎo sì liúlí tǎ , English Kaibao Glazed Tiles Pagoda ) or the like a brick pagoda made of iron-colored glazed bricks in the northeast corner of the city of Kaifeng in the Chinese province of Henan . It was built in the 1st year of the Huangyou period (1049) of the Northern Song Dynasty (1049).

Because it was originally built on the site of Kaibao Temple (Kaibao si开宝寺), she became Pagoda of Kaibao temple called (Kaibao si ta开宝寺塔Kaibao Temple Pagoda), at the time of the Ming Dynasty , she received their current name. It is octagonal and has thirteen storeys, its height is 55.08 m. The roof can be climbed.

The Youguo Temple Pagoda (Youguo si ta 祐 国 寺塔) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (1-69) since 1961 .
