Kaiping (Tangshan)

Kaiping (开平区; Pinyin : Kāipíng Qū) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture -level city of Tangshan in northeast Hebei Province . It has an area of 232.42 square kilometers and has a population of 263,000 (2002).
