Qian'an (Tangshan)

The city of Qian'an ( Chinese 迁安 市 , Pinyin Qiān'ān Shì ) is an independent city in the independent city of Tangshan in the northeast of the Chinese province of Hebei . It has an area of 1,208 km² and has 680,000 inhabitants.
The Paleolithic Zhaocun site (Zhaocun yizhi 爪 村 遗址) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-4) since 2006 .
