Lubei

Lubei ( Chinese 路北区 , Pinyin Lùběi Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture -level city of Tangshan in the northeast of Hebei Province . It has an area of 115.63 km² and has a population of 600,800 (2002). It is the center and seat of the Tangshan City Government.
