The Imperial Stadel (also called "Military flour Magazine", "Militärfouragedepot" or "Militärverpflegsmagazin") was in the third Viennese district highway at Rennweg 16th

The imperial barn was a baroque building that was built in the second half of the 18th century. In 1816 the military meal store was set up here for the Viennese garrison and from 1877 the military food store as the central supply building for the Austro-Hungarian army . In 1888 the barn was demolished and the court and state printing house was built in its place .

The Magazingasse , a cross street on the Rennweg, has been reminiscent of the Imperial barn since 1831.
