The Kaka Nunatak is 1400 m high nunatak on the Antarctic Ross Island . It is the most distinctive of the Kea Nunatakkers and rises 3 km southeast of the summit of Mount Bird in the center of this group.
The New Zealand Geographic Board named the Nunatak after the Kaka , the New Zealand forest parrot, in 2000 .
