Kalang is a town in the West African state of Gambia .

Kalang is located in the West Coast Region , Foni Bondali District . The place is about 2.9 kilometers north of Kanjending , on the South Bank Road .

Near Kalang, a sacred tree is known as a place of worship under the name of Kalang .
