Kalle Matilainen

Kalle Matilainen ( Kalle Aukusti Matilainen; born September 28, 1899 in Mikkeli , † June 28, 1985 in Iisalmi ) was a Finnish long-distance runner .

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he was eighth over 10,000 m.

In 1925 he was Finnish champion over 5000 m and in 1927 and 1931 over 10,000 m .

His brother Jukka Matilainen was successful as a hurdler and his brother Martti Matilainen as an obstacle runner .
