Camels (Norwegian for camel ) is an island up to 45 m high off the Mawson coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the northern part of the Stanton Group , it is 5 km southwest of the Einstødingane .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named them descriptively, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
