Marbach camera office

The Kameralamt Marbach was an institution of the Kingdom of Württemberg , which administered property and income of the state in the administrative district. It existed from 1807 to 1837 in Marbach am Neckar . The camera office was created as part of the reorganization of the state finance administration in the Kingdom of Württemberg.

According to ordinances on office combinations of December 20, 1806 and April 25, 1807, the Marbach camera office was assigned the locations of Beihingen and Geisingen.

According to the ordinance of 7 July 1807, the patrimonial office of Gemmingen (half) in Beihingen am Neckar was assigned to the Marbach camera office to collect income. Furthermore, in accordance with the exchange agreement of March 11, 1807, the municipalities of Burgstall and Erbstetten from the Winnenden camera office were taken over and the Weiler zum Stein parcel with the Steinächleshof parcel was ceded to this camera office.

Furthermore, by order of June 27, 1807, the Marbach camera office was assigned the task of collecting the slopes of the former Dominican monastery in Gmünd in Benningen, which was previously the responsibility of the Eßlingen camera office. Finally, Affalterbach, Poppenweiler and the Heidenhof parcel were taken over by the Marbach camera office, while the municipalities of Ludwigsburg (city), Aldingen, Eglosheim, Harteneck, Heutingsheim, Hoheneck, Kornwestheim, Neckarweihingen and Ossweil and the Höpfigheim camera office were transferred to the Ludwigsburg camera office (Steinheim) the communities Höpfigheim, Murr, Pleidelsheim and Steinheim were ceded.

In 1812 the community of Siegelhausen was taken over by the Marbach camera office and the places Rietenau and Mittelschöntal ceded to the Backnang camera office.

By ordinance of June 6, 1819 regarding the reorganization of the camera offices, the camera office in Marbach took over the entire camera office in Steinheim (Höpfigheim) and the sovereign gradient in the village of Weiler zum Stein from the court camera office in Winnenden.

The Marbach camera office was abolished in accordance with a decree of March 22, 1837 through the merger with the Grossbottwar and Ludwigsburg camera offices .
