Kameralamt Sulz

The Sulz Kameralamt was an institution of the Kingdom of Württemberg that administered state property and income in the administrative district. It existed from 1843 to 1922 in Sulz am Neckar . The camera office was created as part of the reorganization of the state finance administration in the Kingdom of Württemberg.

history

According to the ordinance of March 6, 1843, the Sulz camera office took over:

  • from the Alpirsbach camera office , the villages of Bettenhausen, Busenweiler, Dornhan, Dürrenmettstetten, Fürnsal, Hopfau, Leinstetten, Marschalkenzimmern, Neunthausen, Sterneck, Wilder and the Sterneck forest district, belonging to the Sulz office ,
  • the state domains Bernstein and Weiherhof assigned to the municipality of Renfrizhausen by the Horb camera office.

In contrast, the places Dautmergen and Täbingen were assigned to the Rottweil camera office.

By order of January 17, 1870, the Sulz Kameralamt was given the function of a main tax office in matters relating to the common salt tax, and from then on it was called the Kameral- und Hauptsteueramt .
