Kamil Aliyevich Jamaludinov

Kamil Aliyevich Jamaludinow (born August 15, 1979 in Mugi , Dagestani ASSR ) is a former Russian boxer .

Jamaludinov was 1999 behind George Olteanu , Romania , in the bantamweight (-54 kg) silver medalist of the world championships . The following year he won after victories over Vidas Bičiulaitis, Lithuania (9: 5), Francisco Bojado, Mexico (15:12), and Yosvani Aguilera, Cuba (17:12), and a defeat against Ricardo Juarez , United States (23 : 12), the bronze medal in the featherweight (-57 kg) at the Olympic Games .

Jamaludinov ended his sporting career shortly afterwards and became a businessman. He owns a few apartments and a shopping center in Kirov and has been a member of the city Duma for the Communist Party since June 2012 .
