Kang Cho-hyun (born October 23, 1982 in Seoul ) is a former South Korean sports shooter .

Kang Cho-hyun took part in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney , where she competed in her main discipline with the air rifle over the 10 m distance. She qualified first with 397 points for the final round, which she set the previous Olympic record for qualification. In the final she achieved the sixth-best result among the eight finalists with 100.5 points and finished the competition in second place with 497.5 points overall. She won the silver medal behind Olympic champion Nancy Johnson and ahead of Gao Jing .
