Kangoos - Fit for Basketball! (Original title: Kangoo ) is a French cartoon series that was produced between 1995 and 2000.

The five kangaroos love basketball . The group consists of the leader Napo, the often quarrelsome Kevin, the skilled Nelson, the mathematician Archie and the somewhat pissed-off Junior. All come from the island of Kangoo and travel around the world with their trainer Samy and his daughter Tiffanie. They play against many other teams and experience a variety of adventures.

The series first aired on September 3rd on TF1 . The German first broadcast took place in May 1997 on RTL 2 . Other broadcasts also took place on Super RTL and KidsCo . In 2002, an offshoot of the series was published under the title: Kangoo Juniors, which has not yet been published in the German-speaking area.
