Kantchari is a place in the far east of Burkina Faso , capital of the department of the same name and border station on the border with Niger . The road from Fada N'Gourma to Niamey branches off here towards the south to Diapaga . Kantchari airport is XKA. Kantchari is a twin town of the northern French city of Cambrai .
Kantchari is supported by the French Association les Amis de Kantchari , which also raises funds in Austria .
