The Cape Bernacchi is a rocky headland on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It lies between Bernacchi Bay in the north and the New Harbor in the south.

The cape was discovered by participants in the Discovery Expedition (1901-1904) led by the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott . It is named after the Australian physicist Louis Bernacchi (1876–1942), who participated in this and the previous Southern Cross Expedition (1898–1900).
