Cape Conway is a cape that forms the southwestern extension of Snow Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands .
The British navigator Henry Foster named the cape in the course of the research trip with the HMS Chanticleer (1827-1831). It is named after the HMS Conway , on which Foster served in the Royal Navy .
